Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about working with DanCo Services in the Greater Houston area.

What areas do you serve?+
DanCo Services proudly serves the Greater Houston area, including surrounding cities and suburbs across the Houston metropolitan region. Whether you manage a commercial property, retail center, HOA community, or industrial facility, we’re ready to come to you. Contact us to confirm service in your specific area.

Are you licensed and insured?+
Yes. DanCo Services is fully licensed and insured to perform commercial concrete, asphalt, and site infrastructure work in Texas. We carry general liability insurance and can provide proof of coverage upon request before any project begins. Your property and your peace of mind are protected.

Do you work with property managers and general contractors?+
Absolutely. A significant portion of our work is with property managers, HOAs, commercial property owners, and general contractors who need a reliable subcontractor for paving, concrete, and site work. We understand project timelines, bid requirements, and the need for clear communication throughout — so we make it easy to work with us.

What types of projects do you handle?+
We handle a wide range of commercial and industrial property services, including concrete paving and repair, asphalt paving and patching, sealcoating and crack fill, pavement markings and striping, ADA compliance upgrades, signage and bollards, wheel stops, site grading and stabilization, underground utilities, fencing and gates, and tree removal. If it touches your parking lot or site, there’s a good chance we do it.

How do I get a quote?+
Getting a quote is simple — just call us at (713) 714-7415 or use the contact form on our website. We’ll schedule a site visit, assess the scope of work, and provide a clear, no-obligation written estimate. We keep our quotes straightforward with no hidden fees or surprises.

How long does a typical project take?+
Project timelines vary based on scope, size, and conditions. Minor repairs and sealcoating can often be completed in a single day. Larger jobs like full parking lot overlays or concrete replacements may take several days to a few weeks. We provide a clear timeline upfront and keep you updated throughout the project so there are no surprises.

Do you offer ADA compliance services?+
Yes. ADA compliance is one of our core service areas. We install and repair accessible ramps, ADA-compliant parking stalls, proper signage, and tactile detectable warning surfaces. Keeping your property up to code protects you from liability and ensures your facility is accessible to everyone. We can assess your current compliance and recommend the right upgrades.

What’s the difference between asphalt repair and sealcoating?+
Asphalt repair addresses structural damage — potholes, cracked sections, or failed base material — by patching or replacing the damaged asphalt. Sealcoating is a protective coating applied to the surface of existing asphalt to shield it from UV rays, water, and oxidation. Think of repair as fixing a problem and sealcoating as preventing the next one. Both work together to extend the life of your pavement and save money long-term.

Do you handle utilities and site infrastructure, not just paving?+
Yes — DanCo is more than a paving company. We also handle underground utility work, storm drainage, site grading and stabilization, commercial fencing and gates, and tree removal. This means you can often work with one trusted contractor across multiple phases of a project, which saves time and simplifies coordination.
