This Privacy Policy describes how DanCo Facilities and Property Maintenance, LLC (“DanCo Houston,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles data accessed through the DanCo Houston Claire Assistant application (“the App”), including data obtained via the App’s integration with QuickBooks Online.

Through the App’s QuickBooks Online integration, we may access the following types of data:

• Financial transactions, invoices, and payment records
• Customer and vendor contact information stored in QuickBooks
• Account balances, reports, and other financial data
• Business profile information associated with the QuickBooks account

3. How We Use This Data

Data accessed through the App is used exclusively for internal DanCo Houston business operations, including:

• Supporting administrative and financial management tasks
• Assisting authorized company personnel with business queries
• Streamlining internal workflows and reporting

4. Data We Do Not Sell

DanCo Houston does not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise transfer any data accessed through the App to third parties. Data accessed from QuickBooks Online is used solely for internal business purposes and is not shared outside of DanCo Houston’s authorized personnel.

Access to the App and any data it processes is strictly limited to authorized DanCo Houston employees and principals. We maintain reasonable technical and administrative safeguards to protect data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

6. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with the following third-party services:

• QuickBooks Online (Intuit): Used for accounting and financial data access. Subject to Intuit’s Privacy Statement.
• Anthropic Claude API: Powers the AI assistant functionality. Subject to Anthropic’s Privacy Policy.

7. Data Retention

DanCo Houston retains data accessed through the App only as long as necessary for business operations and in compliance with applicable legal requirements.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
