DanCo Houston – Claire Assistant: Terms of Use

1. Overview

These Terms of Use govern the use of the DanCo Houston Claire Assistant application (“the App”), an internal AI-powered business assistant developed for use by DanCo Facilities and Property Maintenance, LLC (“DanCo Houston,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a commercial paving and concrete contractor based in the Greater Houston, Texas area.

2. Application Purpose

The App is used exclusively by DanCo Houston for internal business purposes, including but not limited to:

  • Administrative support and operational assistance
  • Integration with QuickBooks Online for financial data access
  • Business workflow automation and information retrieval

3. Authorized Use

Access to and use of the App is strictly limited to authorized personnel of DanCo Houston. Unauthorized use is prohibited. By accessing the App, users agree to use it only for lawful, internal business purposes consistent with DanCo Houston’s policies and applicable law.

4. QuickBooks Online Integration

The App connects to QuickBooks Online via Intuit’s authorized API. This integration is used solely to support internal financial management and business operations. DanCo Houston is responsible for all QuickBooks data accessed through the App.

5. No Warranty

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. DANCO HOUSTON DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DANCO HOUSTON SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE USE OF THE APP.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
